“Terrible drivers. Met one who was at the junction of Rivervale Lane & Rivervale drive. It was the 3rd car waiting to turn right. When the light turned green, because there were pedestrians crossing, the first car did not move. The cab started to horn. And as the pedestrians cleared, and the cars started to move, the cab went onto the left lane to turn. Mind u, the left lane was not a turning lane. See screen grab. Vehicle of the cab was SHD 1060B (can’t quite eke the third alphabet)”

“The older taxi drivers are a menace to the taxi community. Shout out to the rudest and dumbest taxi uncle of SHB 5079K from terminal 2 to tampines. Also the way he drove is like a little toddler driving on his toy car with zero sense of direction and skills. Obviously this fella dont even know the existence of a GPS. Then, GO LEARN. If you don’t know just admit you don’t know, don’t argue with your passenger. The driver SHOULD BE FIRED cause he is NOT FIT to be one. Stride premier, ur terrible Google reviews say a lot and pls remove ‘top’ from ur slogan. Should be bottom. I clearly expect an apology from that weasel and at least half of my fare refunded. Updated review: Company responded and took accountability for the lapses. Thanks for taking the feedback very seriously.”

“The car number is SHB5843 whose driver was about to hit the pedestrians who were 1 adult and 1 child without slow down speed near the childcare center and school zone area. Besides. The driver never checked them at all with his sincere apology. Moreover, THIS COMPANY DOESN'T HAVE CALL CENTER FOR REPORTING THIS ISSUE!”
